As someone who lives wheat-free I get a lot of questions from friends and family. Until now there really hasn't been a good book that I can recommend to someone that sums it up in an easy to understand way. This is that book!Not only does it cover the basics of wheat free living, but it differentiates from gluten free and gives you a whole approach including exercise, lifestyle and other dietary considerations. I like the level of detail that the authors went into when explaining not just what to do, but also why.I love the section on recipes and have already put several to the test. The Beef and Spinach Breakfast Casserole has become a favorite in my house. I also really appreciated the section on eating out. It's also really nice that the authors not only told you what to look for, but also gave you a list of restaurants so you have a starting place for safe places to eat.Overall this is a great introduction for anyone interested in going wheat-free be it for medical or personal reasons, or as a great reference for someone already living the lifestyle. I highly recommend it!

I have a Gluten allergy and I have Rheumatoid Arthritis. After reading the science behind eliminating all grains and sugar I decided to give it a try. The changes were almost immediate, not only did I lose 12 pounds in three weeks, I felt 10 years younger. My knees, joints, and energy have never been better. All I can say is try it for yourself and feel the difference!

This was a very practical, understandable, and applicable guide to better living and feeling better. I have no food allergies but found great dietary advice that is paying off. When I first heard some of the guidelines I was skeptical. But after researching the facts, I (we) learned that the tips in "Living Wheat Free" are really the cutting edge of thought on nutrition and look like they are on their way to the mainstream. This was well worth the purchase.

This is an excellent book, especially for beginners like us. It's written well so that anyone can understand it. It also has plenty of good recipes, too. We've made at least 10 already and all were really good - both taste and nutrition wise. Definitely recommend this book.

Borrowed this book from the library and found the information so useful that I decided to have it for my own home library. Super easy to read.

This is a great book to have on hand. it's laid out well and explains what is needed. I go back to this more often than other books on the subject.
